All
products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any questions
regarding the warranty of a specific part please contact SS Performance Motorsports LLC. before making a purchase.
b.
Claims
may take as long as 60 days. SS Performance Motorsports LLC. will not issue any
credit until the Manufacturer receives, inspects and verifies that the
product is defective. ONLY then will credit be issued. Shipping is not
covered under warranty. All shipping charges are the responsibility of
the customer. All warranty claims must be issued a RMA number. Warranty
will not cover customer abuse, incorrect application, or negligence.
c.
All
merchandise is packed carefully before leaving the warehouse. Damage
shipments must be checked while in the presence of the carrier. All
claims for damaged or loss goods must be made with the carrier. Keep
all shipping cartons and packaging materials for the carrier
inspection. We will gladly help with the claim by providing tracking
numbers and any paperwork related to the claim.
II. Returns
a.
All
returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. All returns must
be in original container, unopened, like new, including all paperwork,
and must be in resalable condition. All returns are subject to a 25%
restocking fee.
b.
All
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is
recommended to insure each product shipped back with the freight or
shipping company for the value of the replacement part (ie invoice
price).
c.
All
returns must have an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number
provided by SS Performance Motorsports LLC. All returns must have the original
invoice and RMA number written on the invoice for shipment receipt.
d.
All
credit will be applied to the customer’s account within 5 business days
of receiving and inspecting the item at our location.
e.
Credit
will be applied in the way the initial payment was made. For example,
if paid via credit card, we will refund back to the original card. We
cannot credit any card besides the original card used.
f.
Credit will not be applied to any item that has been installed or that is not in the condition as it was when shipped.
g.

III. Special Orders
a.
Special
orders may require a deposit or full payment in advance. Once placed,
special order products are non-returnable and non-cancelable. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Special order items may include extra shipping charges.
b.
Special
orders may take weeks to months for delivery. These times can only be
estimated and due to production limitations or shipment capabilities we
can not guarantee delivery. SS Performance Motorsports LLC. will not be held
responsible for delays or further than estimated time for delivery.
IV. Payment
a.
We
currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
We do not apply credit card surcharges on any retail order.
b.
COD:
Cash on Delivery is only applicable if shipping has been prepaid by the
customer. There is a $7.50 charge for COD handling. All COD shipments
must be paid via Cashier’s Check or Money Order only. Please make
payment to SS Performance Motorsports LLC. Please have payment ready for carrier
before shipment is delivered. All other COD shipments must be pre
approved with SS Performance Motorsports LLC. before ordered. No COD shipments on
special order items.
c.
Prepay:
Please allow 10 business days for payment to clear. For faster shipping
please send verified funds such as Money Order or Cashier’s Check.
Shipping will be quoted before payment is sent.
d.
Paypal:
Orders must have product numbers and shipping included in payment
specifications. Please send payment to sales@SSPerformanceonline.com

Wire
Transfer: All wire transfers will have a $20 surcharge added to cover
all SS Performance Motorsports LLC. bank expenses. Please call for SS Performance Motorsports LLC. banking information prior to ordering.
f.
All returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee.
g.
We will follow all collections for payment to the fullest extent by law.
V. Shipping Overseas
a.
All shipments made outside of the United States
must be prepaid via certified funds. SS Performance Motorsports LLC. is not
responsible for any customs, brokerage fees, and taxes associated with
the shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any and
all these expenses.
VI. Cancellation
a.
All
cancellations prior to shipment and billing will be allowed. Once
invoice has been billed there will be a 5% cancellation fee. Once an
order has been shipped we will not accept any cancellation. If the
customer refuses the shipment all return policies will take effect.
Please see Section II for information.
b.
All
international orders that have been paid for be it partial or full can
not be cancelled. Extra time must be taken to receive all parts ordered
by the customer to insure the least expensive shipping method. If the
customer prefers shipping items separate please call us and we can
adjust the shipping charges per item shipped separately.
VII. Product Liability
a.
By
installing or using any purchased products, the customer is releasing SS Performance Motorsports LLC. and all employees of SS Performance Motorsports LLC. liable
of cause.
b.
Most
items sold by SS Performance Motorsports LLC. are for off-road use only and should
not be used on public roads. It is the responsibility of the customer
to check local, state, and federal laws.
c.
SS Performance Motorsports LLC. is not responsible for any damage caused by installing or
using sold products. Any claim to fault of product must be made with
manufacturer. SS Performance
Motorsports LLC. will provide assistance with
paperwork on any part sold.
VIII. Shipping
a.
All orders made prior to 2:00pm EST will be shipped same day if currently in stock at local facility.
b.
All orders that are to be drop shipped must be allowed 1-2 business days for processing.
c.
Shipments
will not be released if credit card is not verified. Non verification
will result in a hold on the account until customer can be reached and
verified.
d.
Orders
will only be shipped to verified address on the credit card. If the
shipping address is not listed on the credit card we cannot ship to
address unless prior arrangements have been made.
IX. Typographical Error:
a.
In
the event of incorrect pricing, incorrect information supplied by the
distributor, importer, or manufacturer, or typographical errors, SS Performance Motorsports LLC. reserves the right to refuse or correct pricing or
information. You will be contacted in the result of incorrect pricing
before shipment. If payment has been made, SS Performance Motorsports LLC. will
credit your account for full amount. The customer then has the right to
refund payment or purchase the product at the correct pricing.
X. Labor Fees
a.
Customer
agrees to release SS Performance Motorsports LLC. of all labor liability. We do
not reimburse labor charges for removing, replacing, or installing any
product due to failure of product. It is the responsibility of the
customer for any and all labor costs.
By
ordering from SS Performance Motorsports LLC. via Website, Email, Phone, Fax, standard mail, and forums, you agree to and accept
all terms and conditions laid out in sections I through X of the terms
and conditions above. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you are 18
years and older and agrees to all local, state, and federal laws of the
use of such products sold.
